Four installments · One marriage · Different truths

THE VERSIONS
WE PERCEIVED

Three perspectives uncover the past. The fourth forces everyone to live with the truth.

A married couple’s conflicting accounts of distance, betrayal, and secrecy gradually expose what neither could see alone.

Created by Crystal Rollen · Psychological relationship drama

01 / Narrative design

The same marriage.
Different truths.

Elizabeth knows how the absence felt. Eathan knows what he kept hidden. The audience must understand both without treating either account as a complete answer.

Elizabeth’s perspective

What she lived through

Unanswered calls. Waiting. A growing distance she could not explain. A connection with Logan that offered the emotional recognition she missed.

Eathan’s perspective

What he never told her

An abusive family history. A father he said was dead. Private obligations he tried to manage by shutting Elizabeth out.

The later perspective changes what the audience knows. It does not erase what happened to either person.

02 / The people

Character perspectives

Open a profile to explore motivations, relationships, and each character’s journey through the four installments.

03 / The structure

Four parts. One evolving truth.

The story starts with a shared account, moves through Elizabeth and Eathan’s individual experiences, then follows the consequences in the present.

04 / Recurring details

What the characters cannot say.

Small objects and repeated spaces become different evidence of the same experience depending on who is looking.

05 / Visual language

Subjective, not spectacular.

Visual concepts drawn from the story bible. These are design studies, not production stills or casting commitments.

06 / The project

The pitch at a glance.

Intimate relationship drama told through shifting access to information. The four-part structure reframes the past before asking what truth requires in the present.

The dramatic question

What happens after people finally understand the truth—and discover that understanding alone cannot repair what it changed?

Story details follow the creator’s series bible. No cast, production partner, budget, or distribution commitment is claimed.
